All Eyes on the Hanford Nuclear Waste Coverup: Lethal Waste Still Leaking - Deadly Plutonium Found in Air Samples Near Highway

Thousands of gallons of radioactive waste have leaked from Hanford and the radiation is spreading. There is much concern for what would occurr if it reached the Columbia River.

When it comes to nuclear energy and the levels of toxic waste it produces, we can not afford to play political games - we are literally playing with fire. And what's going on with Hanford is that the Nuclear safety board report found that serious problems persist with a massive facility planned to help treat Hanford’s chemical and radioactive wastes. This report comes as the Trump administration considers a proposal to downsize or do away with the independent oversight board. If the information in this article inspires you, please let the Trump administration know that this is not an issue to be taken lightly and the utmost considerations must be made. (source)

The Hanford site represents two-thirds of the nation's high-level radioactive waste by volume. Today, Hanford is the most contaminated nuclear site in the United States and is the focus of the nation's largest environmental cleanup. The government spends $2 billion each year on Hanford cleanup — one-third of its entire budget for nuclear cleanup nationally. The cleanup is expected to last decades. (source)

This is catastrophic. This is probably the biggest event to ever happen in tank farm history. The double shell tanks were supposed to be the saviors of all saviors (to hold waste safely from people and the environment), said former Hanford worker Mike Geffre. (source)

This issue should press upon us with great urgency and care for it will be something that our children and grandchildren on down the line will be forced to deal with - that is, if we make it that far. There is no intention to incite fear here, but rather to share the facts as many are unaware of the severity involved.

The situation is that serious and as you will hear about in the King 5 Investigative Report video below, many people and plant workers speaking up about it are being told to keep quiet. But this is the last thing we want to gamble with and keep quiet about. The more immediately we can find viable solutions, the better. All hands on deck.

We have nearly turned this planet into a corpse and we've done it in a very short amount of time. Corpses - that is all that nuclear waste is - it's multiplied death reaped on nature to create very unnatural material. These highly toxic metals have been mined from large parts of the upper earth crust - where mother nature has purposely placed them as animals and plants rely on these elements to live and reproduce. Another article is being written now that will go into this more extensively.

The reason radiation effects are so enduring is because of this extremely unnatural amount of pressures exerted. This pressure needs to expand back out over the course of thousands of years - all the while radiating toxic gasses until it has been depleted. We've unfortunately already spread this death throughout our world under many false notions which are now proving to be so as we presently face numerous nuclear catastrophes on this planet. We must make every effort to make it right. This is what being a responsible human is all about. It will be very challenging for Earth to maintain her normal evolutionary path through the heavens and back to source, if we continue as we have. This is not something that will go away on it's own.

There is quite a bit of re-balancing required in Earth's ecosystems if we are to perpetuate organic life on this planet. And beyond that, as generations pass and these effects mutate and grow, there is a very grave possibility that the entire population could become sterile as that is a proven and very real effect of high levels of radiation. And the fallout we experienced from the decades ago, hasn't even sent us it's bill yet. We are leaving an extremely harrowing challenge in our wake. This is the literally, the most vital issue facing us today.

It should be noted that globally, sperm counts have been declining. reported on the forty percent decline in sperm count among Israelis, attributing these changes to cell phone use and hormone exposure. (source)

(Susannah Frame, Reporter) "Tanks storing radioactive waste at America's most contaminated nuclear site appear to have sprung a leaks, leaching yet more cancer-causing isotopes into soil some five miles from the Columbia River in Washington state.

The Hanford site produced plutonium that was used to manufacture the bomb that blew up Hiroshima. Now it's home to a different kind of horror: It's used to store nuclear waste while a plant is built on site to treat that waste. But the Department of Energy treatment plant project has been plagued by delays, and tanks that were designed to hold the waste temporarily keep falling apart.
